The Groovy Pooch Boutique makes every effort to ship your in stock items within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow for extra time at holidays and busier seasons. All shipping times are approximate. We will do our very best to get your order to you in the most timely fashion available.
If we find an item to be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.This may happen if a designer discontinues a certain piece or fabric. We try to ensure that this does not happen.
The Groovy Pooch Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given, refused shipments and/or and not limited, to lost packages. All packages are shipped, with tracking available. You will be sent an email when your order has shipped, partially or in full. Your order may be delayed if we are awaiting an item so we may ship in entirety. Once your package reaches its final destination, The Groovy Pooch Boutique has no further responsibility. We have no control of postal services once your package leaves us and is scanned for delivery.
The Groovy Pooch Boutique has a flat shipping rate of $8.99.Free shipping on all orders of $89.99 or more. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the United States. Free shipping may not apply to heavy or bulky items. For instance; beds, carriers, large blankets and heavy items. All international orders will follow USPS rates via location and weight. Priority services and expedited services may also incur additional costs.

We do make a conscious effort to recycle and will reuse shipping packages that are in good shape.
Your satisfaction as a customer is vitally important to us here at The Groovy Pooch Boutique. However, we do realize that issues arise. Our Return Policy is clearly listed here for your convenience in the unlikely event that you have an issue that may require additional customer service.
Any claims for incorrect/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
All returned items must include a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Always contact before returning any item(s). When requesting an RMA, indicate your order number and the item(s) you wish to return as well as the reason for your request.
When issued an RMA, you may return unopened and unused items, excluding those listed below, in original, sellable condition within 10 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping charges. Ensure that your RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of your package and that all returned items are clean, well packaged and insured. Damaged, soiled or lost items are nonrefundable.
Failure to follow the above guidelines may result in delayed processing times or returns being denied.
The most simple and efficient way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the alternative(s) of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Follow the above guidelines when returning the exchange item(s).
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our place and you will be liable for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our place and you will be liable for reshipment costs.
Refused shipments are returned to our place and you will be liable for reshipment costs or a $25 restocking fee.
Most orders are processed the same day. Subsequent to processing, cancellations will incur a $25 restocking fee.
Barring an error on our part, all shipping charges incurred, including costs associated with free shipping promotions, are nonrefundable.
Credits are issued using the payment method on record for the order. Credits may take up to several business days to post to your account.
